Select Default Sound Device PC

I'm trying to change the default sound device for the spotify desktop application. It seems whatever recent update you pushed removed our ability to do that.

I've tried using --enable-audio-graph at the end of the shortcut, that doesn't
work.

I've tried going into other Settings > Sound > App volume and device preferences
That doesn't work as Spotify doesn't show up, even with the program running, even with it running in admin mode.

For a music streaming applcation it doesn't make much sense that we can't select our output device. If there is no resolution to this I will be cancelling my Spotify account.
