i cant use spotify connect its always stuck on 1 song idk why.

ive uninstalled and reinstalled spotify few times, logged out my account from all devices, clearing my browser data, changing my password but spotify connect still not working and stuck on 1 song. to see the problem watch the video in the attachment ty

I have the same Problem. The support from Spotify says, there is a Problem on my Account. On an other Acccount i have no problems. To solve this i musst create a new Account.
