My Question or Issue

i know it's been addressed before, but when i try installing spotify it comes up with error code 17. i've tried some of the previous solutions, but since they were 4-5 years ago they didn't work. any help would be greatly appreciated :). (p.s. not able to download spotify from the microsoft store)

Could you try downloading the Spotify app here? If that doesn't help, could you let me know what happens when you download it from the Microsoft Store?

that's where i try to download it and it won't work. the settings i have on my computer don't allow for Microsoft store downloads either. sorry it took so long to reply, but thanks for trying to help, any other suggestions? xx

In this case, you will need to make sure that your systems preferences allow you to install the app.
