My Question or Issue

Spotify Connect doesn't work anymore on the desktop versions for Windows 10. It doesn't matter if I'm listening to Spotify through the browser and want to continue in the native app or trying to "transfer" the song from my Android device to the desktop app.

I've noticed two curious things:

1. Everything works perfectly and smoothly on Ubuntu, but not in Windows 10.

2. Spotify Connect works between my Phone and the webpage Player, but not with the desktop version.

3. When uninstalling Spotify, deleting registry and residual files, opening the app for the first time, everything works as it should. Closing the app from the taskbar results in it breaking and not working anymore.
