Plan

Premium

Country

Philippines

Device

Acer Aspire E 14

Operating System

Windows 10

My Question or Issue

I've been dealing with this for weeks now. I've tried clean reinstall, I've tried the Program version, the App version. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration, disabling auto start up, and just being patient.

But it still freezes my PC, no other program does this like Spotify. I'm moving on by just having the Web Player. I'm fine with that. Together with the Android App. (And Spotify Lite is fun too).

Just for additional information, after I forced restart the laptop after it freezes, I check Spotify and almost all the time, it logs me out and downloads are removed. But I believe the files are still locally stored since after I click the download button it downloads instantly. But now I uninstalled it I don't think they're still installed.

If the only solution to this problem is by upgrading my PC, then I'll stick to the Web Player for now.
