    <description>&lt;P&gt;So since i reinstalled windows on my pc spotify simply doesn't open anymore, i already reinstalled, done a clean installation, done a safe boot start, reinstalled with restarting the computer and still nothing, honestly i tried everthing that i saw on the internet related to this. the only thing that seems different is my spotify is been installed on the roaming folder, wich i switched to local when i spotted it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
