Ads Freeze program

My Question or Issue

A few songs will play then when an ad is called for the ad never loads and no other songs can be played.

Says "the requested song will be played after the ads" but the ads never load.

The only way to make the software useable again is to completely close it and re-open it. Then a few songs play and the ad issue begins again.

This makes streaming songs throughout my day impossible.

Is this a common issue for Windows 10 users?

I've been forced to use Pandora in the meantime 😞

Hey, sorry to hear you're having these issues with ads. Could you please try a clean reinstall and let me know if that resolves the problem for you? In the past, this seems to have fixed it for several users that encountered the same issue.

You aren't the only person having problems... I am having problems with it freezing on one particular ad. Only way is to close and restart the program. I am using Windows 10 with the most current version of Spotify..I went back to Itunes for my music til this is fixed permanetly.

Reinstalling Spotify does not solve the problem.

It only happens on particular ads.

All I can do is hope that the ad rotation changes and I don't get an ad that locks up the software.

Very annoying.

Still using Pandora until this gets fixed.. 😒
