Desktop app not remaining on same display when minimized

Description:

When the Spotify app is minimized on Windows 10 with taskbars that are not the same across multiple displays, it automatically moves to the main taskbar instead of staying on the taskbar assigned to the display it was previously showing on.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open the desktop app on a Windows machine using extended displays.
Move the app to the window that is NOT listed as the main display (ie. The display that does not change when you press start/windows key.)
