Spotify opens automatically despite selection.

My Question or Issue

I have selected the option for Spotify to NOT open at Windows startup (located in Advanced settings, start-up and windows behaviour.)

Yet despite this option being selected Spotify continues to open at start up.

It's quite frankly aggravating.

There shouldn't have to be anything else anyone has to do after selecting such an option.
