Spotify won't open

Windows but I'm not sure which type (9,10 etc)

My Question or Issue

My laptop restarted and when it came back one, Spotify wouldn't open. When I clicked on it, my mouse wouldn't even change to indicate that it was on the Spotify app. It changed for all my other apps. Normally when I open it, I get a few error messages then it opens but now it won't. Any help on how to fix this?

Try to delete the Spotify folder in "%LocalAppData%"

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Spotify

If you have Offline Songs delete all contents of the Spotify folder except "Storage"
