Songs stop after a few seconds

Since like a few weeks I have the problem, that songs randomly just stop ond my Smartphone and on my Windows Spotify App. I don't really know why but I've found some people with the same problem but the things that helped them, doesn't work for me. What should I do? I've already tried reinstalling the Windows App and the Spotify App ond my Smartphone and it still not works.
