My Question or Issue

I have been using spotify for many years now, but recently, whenever I try to play a song from a playlist it will play 6 seconds then stop. This doesn't occur when I play songs from Favourite Songs. I have tried turning off hardware acceleration, reinstalling multiple times and clearing the cache but to no avail

I have been having the same problems for over two months now. It's either 'cant play current song' or 'spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on computer...'

I get both of these error messages. And it's just on desktop. It's a shame they still haven't fixed it. I might just cancel my premium now.
