Windows 10 Desktop App, Songs Not Loading

I seem to be having issue with the Spotify Desktop App on my Windows 10 PC.
For some reason, song aren't loading at all after clicking them to play. Maybe you'll be lucky to get one out of several to play, and after waiting 5 to 10 minutes

I've confirmed there's no issues with my account, as i can log into Spotify on my mobile and Mac Desktop App and everything works fine

I've attempted reinstalling the application on my PC several times and the issue is still ongoing

I've searched in several forums and tried fixes such as: turning off Hardware Acceleration, removing global/loopback spotify URLs from my hosts file, etc.
Nothing seems to be working.
Does anybody have any ideas on what the issue might be?

I am also having this issue. Hopefully someone will have a solution.
