My Question or Issue

I have the Free plan and using a laptop computer with Windows 7 operating system, and the country is U.S.A. I have one Spotify account. I downloaded, installed the App using the Administrator Account. It works fine. I now have and use regularly a standard user account on the same laptop computer. I want to know how I can "transfer" (or whatever it's called) the App to the standard user account without downloading and installing the App again. I don't know if this is even possible or not. Does anyone know?
