Spotify Crash after each Song

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I downloaded a PlayList from my MonsterCat Gold Account as MP3 Files (each FileSize is between 5-15 MB because all Informations like the Picture, Album, ... are saved on them) they are only 54 Songs, I used the Spotify Local Files TAB to play them and enabled Shuffle, and now Spotify stops running after 1-3 Songs. I have to start the Program from Ground up every time and the Music Volume Setting gets reset to the Volume which Spotify had at Installation (100%).

I dont know why it Happens, my Laptop has an I7 4.1 GHz and is running at 30% at the Time it happened the first Time yesterday, my System didnt had an Overload with this.

Anyone can help me and say me how to fix this?

Hi there!

I'd suggest trying a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Also, make sure to have the latest Windows 10 version installed.
