My Question or Issue

My local mp3 files shows in Playlist but can't be payed why? It is marked with gray colour.

I have tried everything in the proposal you have given me without results.
I did that before I contacted you.
Still having same problem.
A can't be played on computer but in cellphone
B can't be played in none of computer or cellphone.
