My Question or Issue

I just noticed today that my entire Spotify on my computer has empty library and playlists! Even playlists from other people are empty! I had the Windows 10 app, and it did the same thing.. Yet on mobile, everything works fine. My playlists and library is there.

Things I tried that did not work:

1. Log out and log in again

2. Re-install the desktop/app version of spotify

3. Restart computer

Help...? I use my laptop for school, and I listen to music off of it and I hate having to use Youtube (ew ads)..
