Spotify fails to close

My Question or Issue

The Spotify desktop app fails to close out completely when I exit out of the app, the 4 processes still remain and use up a lot of CPU. The spotify icon in the tray bar also remains, but is not responsive to any right clicks. I am forced to have to go into task manager and manually kill the 4 processes that are running which is extremely annoying. I have tried restart/clean uninstall/reinstall, but the issue still remains. Internet sharing is not enabled. I can provide logs if necessary.

Go into your computer, delete the spotify app completely and then re-download it. If that does not work, then I got nothing.
