    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;United States&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Windows 10&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm noticing an issue with my mobile app for iPhone.&amp;nbsp; Being an avid user for finding new music, I often go to the last song on my playlist then skip the song so that the app launches it's playlist radio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue I'm having is that when I like or dislike a song, the 'Improving Station...' loading screen appears, and instead of seeing a checkmark verificaiton saying something like 'Station Improved', I'm getting an error message that displays an X and says 'Something went wrong!'&amp;nbsp; Can someone please fix this bug or tell me why I'm having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wanting to see if this was a similar issue for the desktop, I tried the same method to get to my playlist radio.&amp;nbsp; However, when I hover over and click the 'Hide Song' option, the desktop app doesn't register.&amp;nbsp; The song still appears in the playlist and the radio doesn't seem to update with new songs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Naturally, I've done all the reset procedures and uninstall/reinstall procedures since this usually works for most products.&amp;nbsp; I've done a soft reset for both platforms, and made sure to delete any saved items on both platforms before uninstalling/reinstalling.&amp;nbsp; All my firmware (aside from my iPhone) is up to date as well as spotify.&amp;nbsp; However I am still having this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took the time to check these issues with 2 of my buddies who had Spotify.&amp;nbsp; I observed them follow my process and we both noted that they experienced the same thing that I did.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, this leads me to believe this is not an account/product issue on my end.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please assist me with this?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
