Spotify adding pre-ordered songs that I keep removing

My Question or Issue

So few days ago I pre-ordered a playlist and now that it's released bunch of playlist songs were added to my liked playlist and that's fine, but there's some songs I don't want and whenever I unlike them they get added back.

I got the same exact problem!
I presaved the album, and after it came out, I decided to leave a couple songs I really liked and get rid of the rest. I keep removing them from my playlist, but they keep coming back, and it's just getting really annoying honestly. I even deleted the saved playlist just in case, but it didn't help. Any help would be really appreciated.
