My Question or Issue

On the playlist I have for the albuns the image of the covers but when enlarge the image to full screen I don´t have any image.

How can I have the image of the cover?

I send two files to show the problem.

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues! That seems odd, I think it may be related to your internet connection since that feature is working smoothly for me, so maybe try connecting to another network if you have that available?

Uninstalling and reinstalling may be a good option too, if you haven't tried it already I think doing a clean uninstall would work

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

I so sorry but today the problem appears again, and now some albums have artwork and others no.
I have another question: what type of resolution I need to have in Soptify for artwork?
