My Question or Issue

My Spotify music changes volume occasionally. I thought i might have manipulated something with my computer's volume, but it only happens on Spotify itself. Furthermore, because my Android phone is linked to the same wifi my pc is hooked up to, i noticed the volume of the Spotify on my PC is changing to the volume that my android phone had. Please help!

thanks for posting !

First of all, please check out this help page on the "Spotify Connect" feature.

If you have both devices connected, volume can be changed through one of them and effect the other one.

If that didn't help, please do the following:

- Make sure your PC is updated

- Make sure your audio drivers are updated

- Reinstall the app
