topic Lighter-weight Spotify Desktop App? in Desktop (Windows)

Spotify is great, but for whatever reason, it seems to be causing my (Windows 10) computer problems. It's okay if I use it for a short amount of time, but if I forget to close it, I run into problems. It's probably more my computer than the application, but I would appreciate if such a thing existed. I realize there is a Web Player, and that's basically what I'm looking for, but I would prefer a desktop version.

Hey @musicrom1,

While there isn't a lighter-weight version of the Spotify desktop app, I'm interested in the issues Spotify is causing.

Can you try a reinstall of Spotify? See how: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Cheers,

Tim
