    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - since the last update of the desktop Spotify (oct. 30), I am experiencing the above, but only while listening, not when just the software ist open.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8649447"&gt;@Tapbeat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's an interesting error!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, I'd recommend reinstalling your Spotify client - follow &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this guide&lt;/A&gt; for clean reinstall.&lt;BR /&gt;This should fix any problems that might be coming from problems within the Spotify app installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, another thing that might help is disabling hardware acceleration within Spotify settings. It's in menu dots - View - Hardware Acceleration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please ensure you have installed all Windows updates. Especially those that have anything to do with drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This BSoD seems to be linked with mostly driver issues, such as graphics cards and notoriously IDE/ATAPI (hard drive) drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody, many thanks for your input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a Spotify update this morning and it is running stable now for more then one hour. So I guess, this solved also my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great time !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beat&lt;/P&gt;</description>
