slow and unresponsive

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? It takes several minutes at startup before I can even do anything, the minimize/maximize/close buttons are often not even in the right place as well as the options button (sometimes on my primary monitor when the spotify window is on my secondary monitor). It wastes time loading home/browse pages which I never use and don't care about.

How can a music player be this slow? Is there any intention of spotify developers to fix this? It's been slow like this for as long as I can remember and quite frankly this is embarrassing and even more frankly, this sort of low quality product isn't worth the subscription price.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Also, google recaptcha is spyware and it never works properly. You really shouldn't use it.
