Songs Grayed Out

My Question or Issue: every now and then, there'd be a recommend album on my home page (today its Untold Tales, by Brian Auger And The Trinity), but when I go to play it all the songs are grayed-out. Why recommend an album I can't play? And as I'm a Premium Member already, what other level is there?
