Plan

Premium

Country

UK

Device

Dell Vostro laptop

Operating System

Windows 10

My Question or Issue

Having a maddening issue where I'll be playing music on the Windows desktop version of the app, and the slider will suddenly jump to a level of around 10-15% without any input from me. It doesn't seem to be tied to anything that's happening on the PC at the time - it's completely random. But it happens on average every three or four songs or so, rendering the app basically unusable at the moment.

It's not volume normalisation (that's switched off), it's literally the volume slider jumping of its own accord. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and it happens on both the Windows Store and standalone download versions. Is anyone else experiencing this and does anyone know why it might be happening?
