Plan

Premium

Country

Malaysia

Device

Desktop

Operating System

Windows 10

My Question or Issue

The latest update is driving me insane. After I updated on Monday, filters and queues are not working as they used to. Before, if I filter my liked songs with an artist's name, and play a song from the filtered list, my queue will only consist of songs from the filtered list. This is desired behaviour for me and it is how I primarily use Spotify so I don't have to create 10000 playlists for each artist I feel like listening to. After the update, the queue will still consist of ALL the songs in my library. Please bring back the old behaviour. I have attached screenshots showing what I mean.

I've been through several related threads on this however they are all marked as "New Idea" or "Won't Fix". This annoys me on several levels because this is not a new idea. This is a bug that didn't exist previously. Spotify is now really annoying to use.

In cases like this, it would be great if you give users the option to revert to a previous build of the software when stuff suddenly stops working.
