It did not respond.

Task manager solution? It don't work.

Reinstallation? It don't work.

In order to provide further help i would have to ask for more info.

Could you please let me know the following :

- Devices used

- Subscription type

- Error message/number if you're getting one

- Country of origin

- Type of network used for the app

- Any active Firewall / Anti-Virus softwares

None message

What do you mean by "country of origin"?

I don't really know what network

None firewall,none antivirus too.

Sorry to hear you're still having troubles playing Spotify on your PC!

Let's try how things go with a clean reinstall.

Then, if the issue persists:

Can you show us a screenshot or a screen recording of what happens?
Tell us your Spotify version.

what happens (sorry i use chinese,but it says "spotify has stopped working"Spotify version:i think its the latest
