Ele visualmente carrega tudo mas &lt;STRONG&gt;quando seleciono uma música para reproduzir não toca e não aparece aparece mais nada&lt;/STRONG&gt; (att2). Já segui todos os passos que li no fórum e suporte sobre o problema mas ele não se resolve (logar novamente, reiniciar, reinstalar, ir na pasta "hosts").&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quando ouço no webplayer funciona normalmente, e se abro o aplicativo junto para mudar de dispositivo ele aparece a musica que está tocando mas não é possivel transferir e ele da um "freeze"e também não atualiza com o que esta tocando no webplayer (att1).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ele aparece como reproduzindo para os outros dispositivos e nele próprio(att3), apesar de não funcionar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;O som esta funcionando normalmente, o aplicativo esta permitido no firewall e antivirus.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Galera, passei exatamente pelo mesmo problema ontem (assim como um outro membro aqui do fórum). A solução que encontrei (depois de muito pesquisar/tentar alternativas) e que aparentemente resolveu o problema foi atualizar o meu windows 7 para windows 10. Depois disso, o app voltou a funcionar normalmente. Acredito que seja alguma incompatibilidade das novas versões do spotify com o windows 7. Fica aí a dica (já que o suporte não diz nada conclusivo a respeito).</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try these steps that could help fixing the issue of not being able to listen to songs in the desktop app:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open Notepad as an administrator (right-click - Open as Administrator)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;go to File - Open and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose "All Files" instead of "Text Documents" next to the File Name box. You'll see a handful of files. Pick&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;hosts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and click on Open&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When the file is open, you will see a block of text with # in front of each line and might see entries like 0.0.0.0 website.com127.0.0.1 website2.com&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for&amp;nbsp;any&amp;nbsp;entries&amp;nbsp;with&amp;nbsp;Spotify&amp;nbsp;in the address. Examples may look like: 0.0.0.0 weblb-wg.gslb.spotify.com0.0.0.0&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you do find any lines with Spotify, please remove them&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Save your changes and restart Spotify&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings, Petya!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be using Google Translate for this answer, so please be patient if you use any unusual terms in my answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the walkthrough recommended by you in your answer, but the files named "hosts" did not contain any lines of code named Spotify or anything like what you mentioned.&lt;BR /&gt;My OS is Windows 7 and Spotify until it opens the Desktop App, but clicking to start some music simply does not start and only close if using the task manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Spotify version is&amp;nbsp;1.1.22.633.g1bab253a, i downloaded the app e reinstalled 20 minutes before writing this reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Web Players goes on as normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>E já parou de novo! Essa versão do link é desatualizada por isso funciona, porém quando fecha o programa e abre de novo ele atualiza automaticamente e para de funcionar de novo. Não sei mais o que fazer e esse LIXO de suporte do Spotify tá pouco se importando.</description>
