&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, after you click on End task from within the Task Manager, do you see any changes when trying to open the desktop app again?&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In any case, there's a newer version of the app available right now. Could you try&amp;nbsp;updating the desktop app to the latest version and seeing if that fixes things?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
