Spotify desktop windows does not respond when open, ram consumption increases and closes by itself

Minha pergunta ou problema

When trying to open the spotify application on my computer, it already opens with black screen and "not responding" information, a few seconds later the RAM usage rate is close to 90% and the task is canceled by the operating system.

What have I done?

-I uninstalled on the control panel
I passed ccleaner to clean the registry
I restarted the computer
-reinstalled spotify for desktop
- I did the previous processes but in the end I installed through the windows store
- the problem persists

Software version:

1.1.22.633.g1bab253a

Just to confirm, after you click on End task from within the Task Manager, do you see any changes when trying to open the desktop app again?

In any case, there's a newer version of the app available right now. Could you try updating the desktop app to the latest version and seeing if that fixes things?

If that doesn't work, could we ask you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in this support article?
