If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I tried googling for an explanation/answer but cannot find one that works

Hi there @Stovio,

thanks for reaching out about this !

Normally, when a user is getting an error saying "Can't play this right now" it happens due to connection issues.

What i would like you to try is to have your account tested on different internet connection with a different device (unless you're using a laptop and can test it somewhere else).

Let me know how it goes 🙂

well I restarted Wi-Fi and checked internet speeds. All seemed to be normal. I tried it on my phone but it just didn't seem to work. I guess i'll just have to deal with it then. Every other song seems to work except for a couple of songs on that playlist so oh well.

Hey @Stovio, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Those greyed out songs seem to be local files. Is that playlist yours?

If so just turn on Local files from the Spotify settings.

Hope it helps 🙂
