Music will download to my phone on the same account, but when I click to download on desktop the tab will not slide to green. I have tried restarting the app, reinstalling the app (both online and from Windows store), and restarting my computer. I have checked to make sure I have enough memory and storage. This has been a problem for a few months now and has not gone away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
