      <title>Website fills RAM when playing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Running the most recent version of Firefox here. I got 8GB of RAM and whenever I try to use open.spotify.com the usage goes almost to 100% from the normal 30%. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. To everyone experiencing such issues with the web player, we recommend trying to see of they come up with a private/&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/What-is-quot-Private-quot-or-quot-Incognito-quot-browsing/ta-p/4587453" target="_blank"&gt;incognito browser&lt;/A&gt;. If they don't, you should clear the cache and cookies. It's also a good idea to check if you have the latest version of the browser installed and don't run any addons that might be interfering with the playback.&lt;/P&gt;
