Website fills RAM when playing

Running the most recent version of Firefox here. I got 8GB of RAM and whenever I try to use open.spotify.com the usage goes almost to 100% from the normal 30%. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. To everyone experiencing such issues with the web player, we recommend trying to see of they come up with a private/incognito browser. If they don't, you should clear the cache and cookies. It's also a good idea to check if you have the latest version of the browser installed and don't run any addons that might be interfering with the playback.
