You mentioned you already tried reinstalling the app to solve the issue, but have&amp;nbsp;you also already tried&amp;nbsp;a 'clean' reinstall?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

It's&amp;nbsp;more effective than simply&amp;nbsp;reinstalling the app.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Unable to uninstall/install</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spotify tried updating itself on startup and gave the error code 18, so I uninstalled it to reinstall again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After uninstalling I used the install again but it gave me the same error, now my computer says Spotify is still an app on my computer despite being uninstalled. This is the second time this has happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello, thank you for linking the Spotify Answer.&lt;BR /&gt;I went to %AppData% to remove the Spotify folder but it kept telling me it was being used by something. So I started my PC in Safe mode, where I was able to delete the folder anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;After restarting again I could install Spotify again and it works now.</description>
