Customization? Like SKINS? How can Spotify not have this??

My question is:

Why can't we CUSTOMIZE Spotify like with different SKINS or PLAYERS? Especially those who have been paying premium for years? There has to be people readily available to build such things into Spotify and Frankly I do not think it is asking much as well.

I found another post where someone questioned this and it is under the "Not interested in doing" area of that section? Why would that even be? WE can customize every other digital or electronic device we use? Some people pay a ton of money for these options or phones that have better customization options! So why would Spotify not want to provide this as an option? I am just curious and would really like to know why it is. Anyone with any information on this subject, please comment as I am very curious. Thanks!
