Podcasts not playing

My Question or Issue

I'm having an issue when trying to play podcasts that I follow. I can click on the image to play, or click on the title to go to the episode list, and I get a blank screen, nothing loads up, nothing starts, just, nothing. I can click back to Podcasts to see my list of podcasts I'm following, but just can't open the individual podcasts.

I have tried restarting Spotify, I have tried restarting my PC. Neither helps. I can play music with no issues, it just seems like the Podcasts don't want to play.

Hey @Jayeen,

Have you tried a clean reinstall? To do that, follow the steps listed in the tutorial that I've linked.

Note: After deleting the client, make sure there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again!
