    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im From Germany, but maby some of you can Help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Spotify Premium Account, and i use The Connect feature with my Speakers at Home allot over Wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With my Phone it works without any Problems but my PC wont find the Speakers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked before on my desktop, but then i used my PC in another Wifi and now it shows the speakers from the wrong Wifi although im not connected to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i start music from my Phone the PC Recoggnizes the Right speakers but after stopping the music they Dissapear again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´ve allready reinstalled the App on my PC but it doesn´t help at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maby some of you have some Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards from Germany,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meno&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, have you tried a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean&lt;/A&gt; reinstall instead of the regular one? We recommend this step as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.&amp;nbsp;It's also a good idea to test if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. For example, some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) might restrict access to certain services, which would explain what happened here.&lt;BR /&gt;
