Plan

Free

Country

United States

Device

(iPhone 5, HP Laptop)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Windows 10 Home)

My Question or Issue

I don't know why this happened, but this morning when I opened Spotify my desktop was cluttered with empty folders. 1 folder had something in it. I deleted it all and it came back. I deleted it again then 2 files appeared. 1 was named index. The other was named 41. I took a pic so you can see it. Please help. Also my computer says that the index file is open in Spotify. I am doing a virus scan right now. This never happened to me before. Please help.
