My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to log in it says error 30 fire wall may be blocking spotify blah blah Im sure you guys know what it is cause its been posted a million times before. But for me i have read them and none of them work completely reinstalling making sure there's no folders left behind, Changing my country but its set to the correct one, setting spotify to no proxy, and i have checked to see if spotify is being blocked by a fire wall but it has full permissions so that's not it. Im at a dead end i dont know what else to try
