Opens on startup no matter what

My Question or Issue

Spotify opens on startup no matter what I do. I have disabled it in the task manager, I have changed the advanced settings and another solution which tells me to disable "Allow Spotify to be opened from the web" can't be applied because there is no option for that under Startup and WIndow Behaviour (where it should be).

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way, you can start afresh with Spotify on your device.

I managed to fix it by enabling start on login in the advanced options and disabling it in task manager afterwards
