Can't play Local Files/Windows Error

My Question or Issue

So, as the title says, I can't play Local Files from my computer: I can see them on the Local Files Tab, I can add them to a playlist, I can listen to them on my phone, but not on my actual PC.

As soon as I select the song and click the play button, Spotify shows the 'Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it' message at the top, and then a few Windows errors start to appear, being part of the 0xc000012f error, with the files mfsrcsnk.dll and MSFlacDecoder.dll involved. I already tried reinstalling Spotify on the machine, and I supposedly fixed the Windows error with some solutions that I saw online, so I don't really know how to fix this now.
