Queue disappears after restarting PC

My Question or Issue

Whenever I play an album and restart my PC, the entire queue disappears and the last song I played remains. THe only thing left in the queue are 2 blank songs with a length of NaaN, no artist, no album or anything. This issue does not appear when I play playlists. It does not appear if my phone syncs to my PC. I've tried reinstalling from scratch multiple times.

Issue is still there and even showing up on my laptop PC.

2nd update:
The issue is now showing up on my Iphone.
This is infuriating.
