It can be disabled within the client's settings though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to connect your work laptop in any other connections too? I'm just trying to see if the issue could be linked to network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_self"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; using this &lt;A href="http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyFullSetup.exe" target="_self"&gt;offline installer&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
