Unknown Webplayer randomly starts playing

I have only ever used the spotify application. Never once have I touched a webplayer and lately I've had someone listening to terrible music on my spotify. Sometimes they will even interrupt my session. I haven't given my account details to anyone. I think someone hacked my spotify and no matter how many times I change my password they keep getting in. I am at my witts end.

I'm sorry to hear your having an issue with your account.

If you've tried all the steps provided on this support page and this one as well, it would a good idea to consider creating a new account.

A new account will provide you with a fresh clean start and would make sure you do not get interrupted using your app.

If you do consider doing so, make sure to follow these steps :

- Create a new account

- Use this Spotify Answer to transfer all your data safely to the new account

- Cancel the old subscription of avoid unexpected charges
