&lt;P&gt;Could you start by switching off your router for about 30 seconds and turning it on again?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's also a good idea to restart your Sonos speakers and your phone. This step should ensue that all devices are synced up.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the issue persist, you could try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app with the steps here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
