My Question or Issue

Since yesterday the audio has been constantly stuttering on Spotify for desktop. Other threads on here seem to imply the problem is with the computer's performance but the one I'm using is definitely powerful enough to run Spotify (with no other major app open, no less), it worked perfectly until yesterday and I made no change or new install on the computer, and there is nothing else that may significantly drain my bandwidth, so the problem must be with the app itself.

The problem is there regardless of the artist I listen to, and other apps and services over the internet work perfectly (including video streaming, and if that doesn't stutter it's weird that audio would).

I thought the problem was temporary and it would go away overnight but it didn't. I pay for premium and this definitely isn't premium quality service.
