We suggest you go to &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Desktop-Playback-issues-on-Windows-7/idi-p/4881846" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the &lt;STRONG&gt;+VOTE&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure you follow the steps provided under &lt;STRONG&gt;Status Update&lt;/STRONG&gt; as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Seguindo as instruções da comunidade removi o aplicativo e fiz o download da última versão, mas agora não consigo fazer a instalação pois apresenta o "Erro 17". Utilizo em outro computador com Windows 10 e não tenho problemas. O Spotify precisa resolver estes problemas de uso no Windows 7. Grato.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
