My Question or Issue

When i start playing a playlist, it starts with the first song when i have shuffle off which is perfectly normal, but after playing this song for 30 seconds or more or less, it starts from the beggining. also, the buttons are not working, i can't skip the songs or pause them . i searched a lot of solves on the internet, but nothing worked.
