Hey Spotify community! So I deactivated my old Spotify account this morning and created a new one (using a different email). I subscribed to premium. I made some new playlists and went to change the playlist cover photo and it wouldn’t let me on my Windows 10. I will insert a photo below of what I mean but this was never an issue on my old account, even on the free version of Spotify. I wouldomeone helping me out here!!

Please retry adding your picture 🙂
I'd suggest using the 'Insert Photos' from the toolbar.

I would recommend reinstalling Spotify to freshen things up.

If that didn't help, could you describe what happens on your end - any error messages?
